About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead alliance governance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments across cross-functional teams
  • Support evaluation and execution of business development and licensing opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance portfolio value
  • Drive implementation of marketing plans aligned with brand and market strategy
  • Provide financial modeling and insights to support long-term portfolio planning
  • Contribute to scenario planning and investment prioritization
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Monitor and report on performance of portfolio brands and alliance activities
  • Assist in risk assessment and development of business cases for partnerships
  • Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, business development, or alliance management
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrix environment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in modeling and strategic planning
  • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
